Design: loft buro
Loft buro architects rethought the space of a private house in the ETNOLOFT style.
The floor covering literally flooded the entire ground floor, uniting all the rooms, the existing wooden walls became the backdrop for the owners’ collection of antiques and carpets, the fireplace after the work of the masters became the heart of the house.
The main emphasis is on natural materials, deep textures and environmental friendliness. The walls, decorated by hand with decorative clay plaster, give each room a unique natural atmosphere, filling it with naturalness and exquisite tactility.
To finish the wet areas, we used Oltremateria’s Ecomalta decorative coating, a material with a completely environmentally friendly composition that is characterized by high strength, moisture resistance, and vapor permeability. It has hypoallergenic properties, is resistant to mechanical damage and is easy to clean, ensuring durability and comfort of the interior.
The L.Decor team performed decorative and finishing work in all rooms of the house, bringing the loft buro concept to life with maximum precision and attention to detail.
