The interior was based on the colonial loft style.

In the interior of this object, L.Decor company carried out decorative and finishing works using decorative plaster Stucco Calce Rasata and Marmorino Naturale by the Italian manufacturer IMPEX COLOR. Marmorino Naturale plaster made it possible to give the surfaces a texture that conveys the effect of suede, Stucco Calce Rasata – the effect of a tree slice (the surface of the coating repeats the exact soft pattern of a vertical tree slice).
