The abandoned building that the architects chose was completely uninhabitable. The building has acquired the appearance of a modern home after two years of total reconstruction of the roof, facades and interior, installation of all communications, installation of a terrace and development of a project for its landscaping
The heart of the house is the living room with a breathtaking ceiling height that reaches 5.8 meters in some places.
The emphasis is on individuality, handmade work, open space, natural materials, new technologies, and a careful attitude towards nature. The interior found a place for modern design, fine art, and antique finds. “We designed a timeless interior that can be inherited.”
